John concentrates his practice in intellectual property, strategic partnerships, venture capital financings, and the representation of technology-based businesses, and his primary clients are software and Internet-related companies.
Kevin Flynn, The Eclipse Group LLP
Flynn started his legal career in patent litigation with Fish & Neave in New York City before returning to North Carolina and changing his practice focus to advising clients on intellectual property issues including obtaining United States and foreign patent rights. As patents are ultimately enforced in a court of law, the insights gained from experience with patent litigation continue to influence the way Kevin works with clients to secure their patent rights.
