    Sam Bayer, Founder, MarketAcuity, a Raleigh based boutique consultancy dedicated to bringing Agile business, marketing, engineering and management principals to high technology based organizations. Over his 27 year professional career, Dr. Bayer has held management positions at IBM, Amdahl, Agfa, Sapiens and Haht Commerce. He also founded, and successfully IPO'ed Axiom Systems, and was recently President of Datacraft Solutions where he established their business model in preparation for a Series A funding round.
